Paarl Media has announced that the Group Financial Manager, Bradley Meyers has been appointed as the Group Company Secretary by the Board of Directors effective 22 August 2013.
Bradley will act as the Company Secretary in terms of the Companies Act, Act No. 71 of 2008 for Paarl Media Group and all the heatset companies which forms part of Paarl Media Holdings (Pty) Ltd.
“We have every confidence that Bradley will approach his new role with enthusiasm, passion and the kind of dedication we have come to know as the Paarl Media way,” says Nico Grobbelaar, executive director – human resources, Paarl Media.
Bradley has taken over the role from Edrich Fivaz who was recently appointed as Director: Mergers & Acquisitions.
