Novus Holdings (JSE: NVS), market leader in the printing and manufacturing sector, has appointed Keith Vroon as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with immediate effect.
Vroon was announced as acting CEO in February 2016 following the resignation of Stephen van der Walt, who stepped down as CEO after more than 15 years with the Group.
Vroon began his career with the Paarl Media Group in 2004 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and was appointed as the Group’s Chief Operating Officer (COO) in 2012.
Vroon started off his working career as a Corporate and Commercial Consultant at Standard Bank Financial Services after completing his articles with Ernst & Young. Prior to working at Novus Holdings, Vroon spent 5 years at M-Web as the General Manager of Finance.
