Novus Holdings’ Future Foundations initiative aims to give ‘a hand up, not a hand-out’ to its beneficiaries. One of the benefactors of this initiative is the First Step Academy, which Novus Holdings has been supporting from 2013. In the past year, the Group has contributed R 35 000 towards the Academy’s mission to provide work readiness and bridging education, training and development for young adults.
