At Novus Print we don’t just print. Instead we offer our customers end-to-end, full turnkey printing solutions that include various advanced post-print services.
THESE SERVICES INCLUDE
Printing.
From the fastest gravure press in Africa with a print output of 2.5 million A4 pages per hour; to heatset web offset printers capable of a 65 000 magazine print run per hour; to smaller run digital printing, Novus Print is geared to deliver what our customers need, when they need it, in brilliant colour.
Comprehensive Bindery.
Novus Print provides high-speed square back binding, saddle stitching, thread sewn and hard case binding. Our high speed binding capacity is provided with the installation of perfect binding and stitching lines, ideally suited for short, medium to high volume of magazines, retail inserts, catalogues and brochures. Our quality hard case binding comes from an investment initiative between Novus Holdings and a trusted SME supplier.
Inserting and collating
Versatile mailing and inserting equipment can insert brochures and supplements into magazines, and “bag” the magazines or brochures in clear or printed plastic. This is enhanced by enterprise development hand finishing initiatives at all our plants.
Finishing.
To add a distinctive look or feel to your print, high-end results can be achieved with finishes such as UV varnishing, laminating, foiling and embossing or debossing. We offer expert advice on how to add incredible detail or a pleasant tactile experience to your printed material.
Distribution and logistics.
Our dispatch departments are capable of handling bulk logistics with multiple access points. Finished products are picked, packaged and dispatched nationally and internationally. Our streamlined processes, bespoke software solutions, and strict controls have been tried and tested to ensure successful delivery.
Security assured.
The secure packaging of confidential material such as examination papers and ballots is vital to ensure their integrity is not compromised. Novus Print provides onsite poly-wrapping facilities with modern machinery. Inline equipment allows printed material to be packaged directly off the end of the press.
